Feedback from employees

Getting feedback is one of the basic pillars of the quality management system at MENDELU. It is one of the elements of the entire system that complements the internal quality assessment process, evaluations of degree programmes, process mapping, etc. Feedback received from employees represents an opportunity for managers to obtain opinions, ideas and comments from the outside, such as those regarding the level of services provided or currently addressed topics.

Employee feedback is obtained through employee surveys that focus on a variety of topics. Employee surveys are conducted by the Human Resources Management Office (HRMO). In addition, feedback is also obtained through satisfaction ratings of the services provided by selected departments. This feedback is collated by the Department of Quality and Risk Assessment.

Employees can provide feedback to departments throughout the year. Completing a survey is voluntary and the responses are anonymous. Surveys allow departments to map their strengths and weaknesses and improve the level of service they provide.
